The following rule changes were passed at the AGM on Sunday 3rd July 2011.
General Rules
Rule 2.1.15. A player having played three matches in the ‘A’ team for a club shall be ineligible to play for the ‘B’ team in that season. This also applies to ‘B’ to ‘C’ etc. Players are not permitted to play for two teams in the same division. Only in exceptional circumstances can this rule be deviated from, at the discretion of the committee.
Rule 3.3. All snooker table lights to have a minimum of 400 watts for standard bulbs, xxx watts for Energy Saving bulbs and xxx watts for neon lights. All bulbs or neon lights must be of equal value.
( The correct values will be added to this before the books are printed.)
Rule 6.1. There shall be a £1.00 levy per player for each match played.
Rule / Fixture Books
Only one book per team will be printed along with additional copies of the fixtures. Extra copies can be printed at a charge.
Competitions
Rule 9.1.3. No competition will be run with less than 16 entrants. Prizes will be awarded to Champions, Runners-Up and Highest Break in all Competitions.

Individual Championship
Rule 10.1.3. Results shall be decided as follows: Best of 5 Frames up to and including Quarter-finals. Best of 7 frames in Semi-Finals and Final.
Individual Handicap
Rule 10.2.3. Results shall be decided as follows: Best of 5 Frames up to and including Quarter-finals. Best of 7 frames in Semi-Finals and Final.
Under 22s
Rule 10.4.3. Results will be decided as follows: Best of 3 frames in rounds preceding the semi-final Best of 5 frames in the Semi-Final and Best of 7 in the Final.
Billiards Individual and Billiards Handicap
These competitions will be removed from the competition list.
Godiva Trophy
Rename as the CDSL Memorial 3-man Trophy. To honour the snooker players that died during the previous season.
